And I wish this was completely inaccurate.
Two teams will bid to move to the west coast and build a stadium which will cost close to 2 Billion dollars. And do so paying as little for it themselves as possible.
This will be done with tax breaks and special deals. I may be wrong but is there not an issue of teachers not being paid a wage which they can participate in society? Is the infrastructure failing in some places? Or maybe it should just be mentioned…should a 10 Billion a year industry actually pay for it’s own buildings without taking money away from the poor, the working poor, the middle class? These monstrosities are for the billionaires who watch their millionaires play a game.
